A Look Inside the Sacred Shift of Fall

We’ll begin our day by gently arriving—taking time for introductions and setting personal intentions. Together, we’ll create a beautiful mandala from autumn’s natural treasures, a living symbol of release and renewal.

Next, you’ll be invited to sink into tuning-fork vibrational healing, allowing soothing sound frequencies to harmonize your energy and bring a deep sense of balance and ease.

From there, settle into a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice led by Alanna Bone, RYT 300. In this restful session, each pose is held for several minutes, giving your body permission to soften, stretch deeply, and invite quiet stillness—the perfect reset for a busy, giving soul.

🍁 Afternoon Session: Rewire & Reimagine

After lunch, we shift inward—gently, creatively, powerfully.

In this session, you’ll be guided through Neurographic Art, a transformative drawing practice that helps rewire limiting thought patterns and unlock new possibilities in the brain through the science of neuroplasticity.

Using flowing lines, shapes, and mindful intention, you’ll turn subconscious tension into visible transformation—literally reshaping the way your brain connects thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. No artistic skill is needed—just openness and curiosity.

This is where inner change begins to take shape—on paper and in you.

Through this experience, you’ll:

  • Release stress and mental overwhelm
  • Visibly shift old, stuck patterns
  • Ignite new neural pathways linked to clarity, peace, and possibility
  • Walk away with a tangible expression of your inner healing

🎨 Neurographic Art, Made Easy – If you found the spring retreat’s practice challenging, you’ll love this simplified, step-by-step version. Create a stunning piece of transformational art you’ll be proud to take home.

It’s meditative. It’s intuitive. And it’s one of the most beautiful ways to witness your becoming.

Stuck: You're afraid change won’t work—or won’t last.

Shift: With simple, science-backed tools and daily rituals rooted in neuroplasticity, you’ll leave with practices that help incorporate change into your daily routine—making transformation not just possible, but sustainable.

Stuck: You believe that you have to earn rest and space.

Shift: Through intentional rest, spaciousness, and somatic permission work, you’ll experience rest as a right, not a reward—returning home with a felt sense of worthiness and renewal.

Stuck: You're disconnected from your desires.

Shift: Through ritual, intuitive practices, and creative exploration, you'll reconnect with what lights you up—so you can begin building a life that truly feels like your own.

It’s not you—it’s the wiring. Discover how to shift your inner circuitry and reclaim the life you were designed for.
